How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please email us at [email protected], giving your name and order number and stating that you would like to cancel your order. Alternatively please call Customer Services. See our full cancellation policy here.

Why has my card been declined?

The most common cause of card failure is a mistype of your information. We recommend that you try placing your order again, ensuring that you enter your details correctly. Can I order from overseas?

Unfortunately, we can only accept orders from customers in the lower 48 states and Canada. International shipping is available on our UK or German sites, which can be reached via the country selection tool at the top of the site.
